About Navorex Bags
Navorex Bags is a backpack manufacturer and export supplier based in Pinghu Economic Development Zone, Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, China. Since 2010, we have focused on supplying backpacks for importers, distributors, wholesalers, private-label brands, retail programs and promotional buyers.
Our main product range includes school backpacks, laptop backpacks, travel backpacks, business backpacks, hiking and camping backpacks, trolley backpacks, drawstring backpacks and military-style backpacks.
Rather than supplying only fixed catalog products, much of our work is based on buyer specifications, approved samples and repeat bulk orders. Our team supports projects from initial product review through sampling, production, inspection, packing and export shipment.
Backpack Manufacturing & Product Development
Our production facility covers around 7,200 m² and operates four main sewing and assembly lines together with a dedicated sample development line.
Backpack production involves more than sewing panels together. Before production, we normally review the required materials, dimensions, compartment structure, lining, padding, zippers, buckles, webbing, logo position and packaging requirements.
Common materials include:
- Polyester and Oxford fabric

- Mesh and lining fabrics
- Foam and padding materials
Equipment used in production includes automatic cutting machines, lockstitch and double-needle sewing machines, bar-tack machines, programmable pattern sewing machines, binding machines and riveting equipment.
OEM, Private Label & Custom Backpack Support
We support OEM and private-label backpack projects based on tech packs, drawings, reference samples or existing styles.
Depending on the project, buyers can specify:
- Backpack size and capacity
- Fabric and color
- Compartment layout
- Lining and padding
- Zippers, buckles and webbing

- Export carton requirements
For standard styles, MOQ usually starts around 300–500 pcs. Projects involving deeper material, structure or packaging customization usually require higher quantities depending on the specification.
Samples generally take around 5–10 working days, while more complex developments may require around 10–15 days.
Quality Control Before Shipment
We use the approved specification and sample as the reference for bulk production.
Quality checks are carried out at different stages, including incoming material inspection, cutting checks, sewing inspection, dimension and construction checks, and final product inspection.
For finished backpacks, attention is normally given to areas such as:
- Stitching and reinforcement
- Shoulder straps and handles
- Zipper operation
- Buckles and accessories
- Dimensions and compartment structure
- Logo position and appearance
- Labels and packaging
Final packing is also checked against the confirmed polybag, carton quantity, barcode and shipping-mark requirements.
Where required by the buyer or destination market, third-party testing such as REACH, AZO, CPSIA or Prop 65 related testing can be coordinated according to the applicable product and material requirements.
Wholesale & Export Order Support
Our customers are mainly located in Europe, North America, Australia and Southeast Asia.
For export orders, our team can coordinate product specifications, sample approval, production schedules, inspection, private-label packaging and shipment preparation. EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms can be discussed depending on the order and destination.
Shanghai Port is our nearest major export port, while Ningbo-Zhoushan Port can also be arranged where practical.
