Logo application should be confirmed before the relevant backpack panels are fully assembled. Fabric type, logo dimensions, artwork detail, placement and color all influence whether printing or embroidery is suitable and how the finished branding will appear on the production sample.
For OEM and private-label backpack projects, Navorex Bags reviews branding requirements together with the selected material and backpack construction. The approved sample and confirmed artwork become the production reference before logo work moves into bulk manufacturing.
Artwork and Logo Position Confirmation
Before production, the buyer should provide clear logo artwork together with the required size, color and position.
Logo placement may be on a front panel, pocket, upper body section or another area suitable for the selected backpack construction. Seams, zippers, curved panels and reinforcement areas can limit the usable branding space, so placement should be reviewed before production panels are finalized.
Buyers still defining the overall branding specification can review our Logo & Branding Options page before sample approval.
Vector artwork is preferred where available because it makes dimensions and graphic details easier to review during development.
Match the Logo Method With the Backpack Material
Printing and embroidery do not produce the same result on every fabric.
Oxford, nylon, polyester, canvas, RPET and PU can differ in surface texture, thickness and stability. A logo that appears clean on a smoother fabric may require different preparation on a heavier or more textured surface.
Embroidery also adds thread and localized thickness to the panel, while printing depends more directly on surface condition and artwork detail.
For this reason, logo development should be coordinated with the selected Materials & Fabric Options before bulk production.
Logo Application Before Main Assembly
Where the logo is applied to an individual backpack panel, branding work is completed at the appropriate stage before that panel is assembled into the finished bag.
This allows the logo position to be controlled against the panel dimensions and avoids unnecessary handling after the backpack has been fully sewn.
The branded panels then move into Backpack Sewing & Assembly, where they are combined with pockets, lining, zippers, straps and the other approved construction parts.
Sample Approval and Bulk Logo Inspection
Logo appearance should be approved on the actual backpack sample before bulk production.
Standard backpack samples normally take around 5–10 working days, while more complex developments may require around 10–15 days.
During approval, buyers should check logo size, placement, color, alignment and overall appearance against the backpack material and construction.
During bulk production, logo position and visible workmanship are checked against the approved sample. Panels or finished products that do not match the confirmed requirement are separated for correction before packing.
What to Provide for Logo Production
For an accurate review, provide the backpack style, logo artwork, preferred dimensions, placement, required colors, material, estimated quantity and any physical branding reference available.
Standard backpack constructions usually start around 300–500 pcs, while special materials, colors or more complex branding requirements may affect MOQ and development timing.
Confirming the logo specification before bulk material preparation helps reduce artwork changes, panel rework and production delays later in the order.
